There are many media for creating art. So far, Craftsmanship has introduced many interesting arts, from traditional ink and watercolor to now spray paint and oil paint. It is really colorful. Unexpectedly, these are not impressive enough. The artists original "fire painting" will definitely open your eyes.
That’s right, it’s fire!
Canadian artist Patrick spent 14 years creating a unique "fire paint". He used the flames of candles to burn a layer of soot on special paper and burned it as he pleased. Use pens or other tools to draw out drawings of portraits, still lifes, creatures, etc. out of the soot shapes.
Of course, the fire painting did not go smoothly at the beginning, especially the unprocessed paper, which will burn out if it is burned by fire. In order to solve this problem, Patrick applied a thick layer of coating agent on the paper; because soot easily flew away, after the painting was completed, another layer of paint had to be applied before the painting was completed.
The meticulous brushwork and special fire patterns give you the illusion of looking at an ink painting, but it feels more unruly than an ink painting?
I never thought that playing with fire is also an art!
