French artist Nathalie Lété has been busy transforming country houses into idyllic and beautiful residences during the epidemic. The doors, walls, stairs and furniture inside are all blooming with dreamy, candy-colored flowers, as if it were a fairy tale cabin.
“This is the house I bought three years ago,” the artist said. "Ever since I was a teenager, my dream has been to fill my house with my art." When she began decorating the cabin, Wright intended to include her fantasy paintings in the work. But once France went into lockdown, her husband encouraged her to bring the paintings to the rest of the house. Now, Wright adds special patterns (flowers, birds, or jazz patterns) to every nook and cranny every day.
In addition to her stunning murals, the French artist also upcycles furniture. “What I particularly enjoy is creating my own world, filled with my own artwork,” continues Wright. "From murals to rugs, fabrics to lamps and everyday tableware. You can transform a simple place and ordinary furniture into something special and personal."
