Canadian artist Nick Sider has been fascinated by tigers since he was a child. He pays homage to majestic big cats and other wildlife with his incredible hyper-realistic paintings. The paintings are so detailed that the ferocious animals look so lifelike they seem ready to leap off the canvas at any moment. In fact, this is exactly what this talented artist wanted to achieve.
Being a painter was West Germanys dream since childhood, but it was not until he was 25 that he quit his job and devoted himself to painting full-time. The self-taught painter, who now lives in New York, creates hyperrealistic paintings meticulously executed in acrylic paint. The series of subjects in West Germans paintings also includes human portraits, but his animal paintings are particularly eye-catching. From tigers and lions to horses and bears, each piece fully captures the stunning beauty and wildness of these incredible creatures.
