The pursuit of life, in addition to money, happiness and freedom, may be to leave some good things behind after leaving, no matter what it is. The famous Dutch artist, illustrator and writer Sieb Posthuma, who illustrated many childrens books and won many awards, passed away last year. Dutch architect Ira Koers and interior designer Roelof Mulder completed a project for him called "A Pond Full of Ink" illustration exhibition.
"A Pond Full of Ink" is named after a 2014 childrens book by Annie M.G. Schmidt and illustrated by Sieb Posthuma.

The exhibition is located at the Letterkundig Museum in The Hague, Netherlands. The space of two galleries has been reorganized into a nine-bay design, using 240 small and exquisite paintings to perfectly present the works of Sieb Posthuma.
Ira Koers and Roelof Mulder enlarges the on-site works, images and toys for children and fills all spaces, including walls, floors and decorations. Specially designed seats are set up in each compartment, waiting for people to watch and read inside.
In addition to the outward entrances and exits, the 9 compartments in the exhibition are specially equipped with horizontal entrances and exits. The height of these special entrances and exits is less than 140 centimeters. They are specially designed for children to watch the exhibition and increase the exhibition space. The adventurous fun of space, children can happily adventure in this exclusive route, and from the perspective of this special entrance and exit, looking through the entire exhibition, you can also discover the diversity of Sieb Posthumas works.
Every decorative item designed and created in the exhibition was influenced by Posthumas work or theme.
All walls and floors are covered with Posthuma’s inserted prints and character features.
In addition to art works, there are also videos on display.
