Cut the colored tissue paper into strips of about 1.5 inches, fold them into three layers, punch holes in the middle with a hole punch, unfold them and cut them in sequence. Generally, an Easter egg only needs two strips of tissue paper to cover it. Then add some small triangular pieces of colored paper to fill in the gaps in the eggs later. You can save some more colored paper and save itLater in the production process, I suddenly found that it was not enough and had to put it down and redo it.

Inflate the small balloon a little until it looks like a ball. Then it’s time to cover the balloon with white tissue paper. First apply a layer of laundry paste on the balloon and wrap it with 5.5" tissue paper, making sure to align the balloon knots. Use a brush to dip some paste into the balloon and apply it from the middle to the top so that the tissue paper evenly adheres to it. On the balloon, the uneven areas can be smoothed with a brush. Then cover the balloon with 4.5" long and 3.5" long paper in turn. When the tissue paper is not dry, you can stick the colored tissue paper on the balloon, or you can also While the white tissue paper is drying, make a few more balloons and attach them to the white tissue paper.

When attaching colored tissue paper, start from the top, try to cover the white bottom layer underneath, and then brush it with a wet brush to make it adhere to the surface of the tissue paper. Here is a little trick for you. You can use a wet brush to soak the small colored papers and stick them on the eggs one by one to avoid putting down the brush again and again. If there are places where the colored paper cannot be filled, you can use the small triangle pieces you just cut to fill it in. If possible, it is best to reserve a place for sticking a piece of colored paper at the bottom of the egg. The effect will be a small round white dot in the middle of the bottom. Don’t throw away any small pieces of colored paper that you can’t use up. You’ll need them later when sewing Easter eggs.

Hang the Easter eggs you have made so far and let them dry overnight until they are completely dry before taking them down..

Now take the balloon out of the tissue paper. Hold the small knot on the balloon, use a pin to poke a small hole, and wait for the air in the balloon to slowly run out.

Prepare candies~! Try to pick some smaller candies. The orange and pink candies in the picture are too big to be placed in the eggs. Make two cuts on the top of the egg, being careful not to cut off the origin, so that no traces will be left when you seal it later. Put the candy through the opening and string some small notes on it while sewing, such as a friends name, etc. Now take the remaining tissue paper, dip it in some paste, and stick it to the seal. Use some extra tissue paper to seal them and let them dry completely.
