Most of us played on slides when we were children, but you must have never played on a slide at an altitude of 300 meters. Recently, a fully transparent glass slide built at an altitude of 300 meters (approximately 70 stories high) on the outer wall of the Federal Bank Building in Los Angeles will be opened to the public.
This project called "Skyslide" is part of the US$50 million renovation project of the Commonwealth Bank Building. It is a fully enclosed transparent glass structure fixed by a metal frame and Support, the glass is 32mm thick, 1.2 meters wide and 14 meters long. Although the distance of the slide is not long, it takes a lot of courage to try this thrilling slide.
The entire project also includes an open-air viewing platform and bar, which can provide a panoramic view of the entire Los Angeles and the feeling of the earth under my feet.
