Accurate and powerful laser guns may only be found in science fiction movies, and they are still far away from us. But Patrick Priebe, a laser fanatic from Germany, has developed a watch that can emit lasers, the LaserWatch, which also looks full of technology.
The LaserWatch casing is made of all metal, with a digital tube in the middle showing the time, and its appearance looks no different from an ordinary watch. Whats special is that it has a built-in micro laser transmitter that can emit a 1500mw laser with an intensity that can penetrate foam, cut rubber ropes, and even penetrate plastic boards. LaserWatch can emit lasers for about 10 minutes at a time when fully charged. This is not Patrick Priebes first work. He has also built infrared aiming catapults, "Iron Man Laser Arm Guards" and so on. Because each watch takes LaserWatc 40 hours to make, he prices it at about $300 each. Patrick Priebe hopes to find investors to mass-produce it. However, this watch always carries certain risks and should be used with extreme caution.
