The entire hollow handle can be used as a water outlet pipe, and combined with a filter, it can filter the food in the cooking pot from the food. It is very suitable for frying food to separate the oil from the food. However, the designer may have overlooked the issue of cleaning the hollow handle. The accumulated dirt inside will become very unhygienic if not cleaned.
