Francisco Gomez Paz is a designer who is very interested in the oil lamps that were popular in the last century. He searched the market and found that he could not find any traditional products for sale other than as collectibles. Oil lamp shop. For this reason, he designed this Candela lamp, which looks like a lantern. A real "oil lamp" that does not use electricity and only lights with fire.
The fuel of the Candela lamp is actually not oil. There is a fuel cylinder made of aluminum and filled with alcohol. The wick is made of ceramic fiber. Use a lighter to light the wick. However, after lighting it and placing it on the table, it feels like returning to the era of lighting oil lamps in the last century.
Also, Candela has a lithium battery inside. The heat generated by combustion can be converted into electricity and stored in the battery. It can charge electronic devices through a USB charging cable. It has a retro appearance. I have a sense of technology. The product will be unveiled at this years Milan Design Week.
