Lens-shaped plastic can display dynamic images by simply changing the viewing angle, so it is often used in business cards or naked-eye 3D effects. Researchers from Japans Communications University took the lead in applying this lens plastic to large-area public places and developed this vision-guided floor. This kind of floor can be used in places with high traffic such as train stations, subway stations, movie theaters, etc. When people walk on it, as their line of sight changes, the pattern under the floor will also change, thus guiding people to move in the set direction. According to researchers, this pattern instance is far more effective than words or logos.
