Disposable plastic straws used to be used to make little stars or dragonflies, but today we are going to make love hearts. Get your jars ready, we're about to get started.
Straws of different colors will look more beautiful when stacked together
The following is a tutorial illustration
Step 1: Fold a straw in half and open it at a certain angle to form a "V" shape (hereinafter referred to as: the first straw). Then clip another disposable straw to the bottom of the V shape (cut into a second straw later).
Step 2: Fold the second straw on the right side parallel to the first straw.

Step 3: Fold the first straw up and stagger it under the first straw.
Step 4: Fold the second straw on the right forward and press it under the first straw on the left.
Step 5: Fold the first straw back and insert it into the second straw.
Step 6: Continue to fold the first straw back and insert it between the second straw at the back. The double hearts of the folded straws have begun to look like a heart.
Step 7: Fold both ends of the second straw so that the long end can be laid flat in the center of the heart shape.
Step 8: Stuff one end of the second straw under the edge of the second straw in the middle of the heart shape, and tighten the end that goes through it. The heart made by hand with the straw is almost ready.
Finally, cut off the excess from each straw so that their edges are just covered.
Although this article uses disposable plastic straws, it teaches methods and can be replaced by other items.
