Tutorial on DIY fabric dolls from old socks:
Step 1: Choose a pair of socks of the right size based on the doll you want to make, divide the socks into four parts, and only take the first and third points from left to right. The rubber band head is not required, and the small arc-shaped piece of fabric under the heel is not required. Only the fabric of the sock toe-heel and forefoot should be retained.
Step 2: Prepare the template of the dolls hands, feet, ears, and tail. Use a pen to trace along the template on the other sock, and then simply cut them out. Remember to make two copies! p>
Step 3: Pick up the third piece of fabric from step 1 and use it as the body part of the doll. Use a needle and thread to sew a circle around the head of the sock. After stuffing enough cotton, tighten the needle and thread so that the head of the sock becomes It will shrink up and seal. The first piece of fabric will be the head of the doll, treated in the same way as the body. Remember not to use too much force to break the thread when tightening the outlet.

Step 5: Sew the tail and feet to the body, prepare two small buttons of the same size but can be different colors, and a small black round fabric, sew one of the buttons to the black fabric, and then Sew the black fabric to the eyes and attach another button. Finally, find a mushroom-shaped button and sew it to the nose to serve as the doll’s nose.
Step 6: Connect the head to the body, but if you are interested in putting clothes on the doll, find an unworn colored sock, cut off the bottom of the heel, put it on the body to act as clothes for the doll, and then put the head on Connect it to the body, and finally sew the hands to the body.
