I used old headphones to make this pair of earrings. The small decorations on the earrings were also removed from old jewelry, so basically no extra money was spent! If you also have extra old headphones and like these earrings, Style, you might as well make a pair as well!~
Materials and tools: old headphones, 6 jump rings, 2 earring hooks, 2 eye pins, 2 crimping beads, E6000 glue, jewelry pliers, scissors, nail polish, 2 chains, etc.
Use scissors or jewelry pliers (cutter) to cut off the wires on the headphones.
Use nail polish to paint color on the headphones. Let dry completely.
First open the jump ring and twist it without pulling it apart. Add a charm to the jump ring and string the jump ring to the headphones.
The charm comes from an old chain.
Add crimp beads.
String the crimp beads on the earphones.
Add eye pins.
Use E6000 glue and put a few drops on the eye pin.
Then push the eye pin down into the hole. Use jewelry pliers to compress the crimp bead and lock it in place. Add a drop of glue to the top for reinforcement. Let it dry before adding additional jump rings and charms.
I took an old necklace and chain, removed the charms and links, and used them to create embellishments on my earrings.
Add the jump ring to the eye pin, before closing the jump ring, place a chain and add the earring hook, then close the jump ring.
You can DIY as you like.
Soon, our earphone earrings will be finished~
