Mexican designers at Aldekas Studio transform the classic Volkswagen Beetle into something new. Their Bugkart Wasowski is a miniature go-kart that uses the fender design of a Type 1 Beetle, blending old and new styles. This retro-style go-kart will drive any Volkswagen enthusiast crazy.

The company also specializes in the restoration of vintage cars, possibly taking inspiration from previous small go-kart projects. Volkswagen Beetle fenders are the perfect choice from the iconic design range. The fenders are both easy to spot and large enough to provide the coverage a go-kart needs, making them ideal for upgraded vehicles.

The olive green paint they chose has a vintage feel, paired with a bright red frame. Other details such as handsome brown leather seat and handlebar trim add an elegant touch to the design. They even kept the chrome side mirrors to retain more of the Beetles original charm.

But if you're ready to go for a ride, you'll have to wait. Although these images are highly realistic, they are really just rendered images, so it remains to be seen whether Aldekas Studio will perform.
