Today I'm going to show you how to turn an inexpensive thrift store magazine rack into an adorable bookshelf for a kids bedroom. If your child is just starting to really enjoy reading, the only problem is that he/she likes to read the same books over and over again...we need to prepare a bookshelf so that he/she can quickly find his/her favorite books!~ p>
Materials and tools: masking tape, gold spray paint, black paint, magazine rack.
1. I found a magazine rack like this.
2. I colored it first with a can of light black spray paint, please do this outdoors.
3. After letting the black spray paint dry, I taped off the bottom of the feet and added a little decoration with some gold spray paint.
4. It’s that simple, a beautiful children’s bookshelf DIY is completed. I really like the contrast between the golden feet and the rest~
