Material preparation: food coloring, gold paint pen, Gloss Mod Podge glue, glass cup.
Mix 7-9 drops of food coloring, 1/2 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of Gloss Mod Podge in a glass. Then pour into a glass bottle and spread evenly over the interior surface.
Dry for at least 45 minutes and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour (be careful!). After the glass has cooled, use a gold paint pen to paint patterns on the outer surface.
