Create your own memory jar! Follow this tutorial to turn old or damaged ornaments into your memory jar! If you don’t have old ornaments, you can also go to the store after the holidays and find them. Material Tools:
Glass jar
Decorations
Metal wire (I used 24 gauge wire)
Mod Podge glue
Glitter
Letter Stickers
Digital Cardboard
Pendant with jump ring
Brush
Scrap sheet
Scissors
Awl
Ribbon decoration
E6000 glue
1. Remove your old decorations. Remove the pieces you don't like until you have one or a few pieces you want to use for the jar.
2. Now take the awl and poke a small hole where you want to place the pendant.

3. Apply some Mod Podge to your decorations and add colored glitter. Once the ornament is dry, you can seal it with another coat of Mod Podge or clear acrylic sealer.
4. Use metal wire to make a small ring. Then cut it out.
5. Now apply a drop of E6000 to the end of the wire loop and place it inside the hole made in step 2. Then set the whole piece aside to dry.
6. When the decorations are dry, you can handle the lids of the jars. Using some scrap paper, cut out a circle and stick it to the jar lid with some Mod Podge and let it dry.
7. Using your alphabet stickers, spell out a phrase and place it on the front of the jar.
8. Now, take your decorations, card numbers, etc. and assemble the pieces together.
9. Finally, decorate some blue-green pom poms on the lid, and this beautiful memory jar is ready~
