Czechoslovak artist IVA HLADIS has long been concerned about climate warming and the destruction of the worlds environment. Her artistic creations are not as beautiful and delicate as mainstream artworks, but use DIY waste to arouse peoples real reflection on environmental protection.
The following set of environmentally friendly collage paintings was named Origin of Extinction by her. It was made from fallen leaves and DIY electronic waste that can be seen everywhere in todays society. It attempts to show how natural plants will be slowly destroyed in todays world where electronic waste is rampant. Slow extinction. We should remind the public to update less electronic products and plant more plants, so that we can no longer see this dull combination.
