1. Tutorial on DIY making a big rooster from discarded plastic bottles. The final product is quite lifelike. Powerful Russian craftsman! From now on, don’t throw away used beverage bottles at home. You can reuse them and turn waste into treasure! For specific DIY methods, please refer to the graphic tutorial below.

Another hand-finished photo.
3.
For manufacturing form we need:
1)5L. jar (use liquid soap),
2) Plastic bottles of about 5L, such as Coke, Sprite and other plastic beverage bottles.
3) The hose is probably like the white plastic pipe used to connect the washing machine to the faucet, used to make rooster legs
4), 2 pieces of 1.5 liters. The "thighs" of plastic bottles,
5) Self-tapping screws, scissors, knife, screwdriver.
4.
The first thing to do is the skeleton of the rooster, which is roughly fixed with screws.
5.
The neck of the rooster is roughly like a mineral water bottle. Use the middle part, cut it vertically, and then curl it into a tapered shape. You should be able to understand it by looking at the picture.
, the body part uses a small plastic bottle of shampoo. Very common.
6.
Find the bottle again and cut it into a shape like the one below.
7.
8.
Attach the prepared plastic sheet.
9.
Feather part.
10.
Use the water pipe of the washing machine. Depending on the thickness of the water pipe you find, you can divide it into two or three prongs and just curl it into the shape of a chicken foot. The inside needs to be threaded with wire to shape it, because the plastic tube is relatively soft and cannot be shaped into shape.
11.
Claws cut out of the bottom of the bottle (photo). They must be long and narrow. Screw them on with glue (I used "Instant Install - Liquid Nails").
12.
In the painting process, you can spray paint, or you can directly immerse it in the liquid paint you have prepared.
13.
Find a piece of thick, dense foam and draw the shape of a roosters head. Then use a utility knife to carve it. If the carving is damaged, you can use glue to fix it and continue to correct it.
14.

17.
The above are angled photos of each rooster head. Finally, sandpaper can be used to sand and shape.
18.
Apply the acrylic putty to the surface and wait for it to dry completely
19.
Start painting the head (you can use acrylic paint, which is very common in art). Eyes are beads commonly found on stuffed toys.
20.
The cockscomb is also made of foam.
21.
Next, prepare the skeleton of the wings.
22.
Use the wire to start gluing the long wing feathers.
23.
The wings are cut from plastic bottles.
24.
Looking at the structure of the body, I found the iron pieces myself to strengthen the muscles and bones.
25.
Start making the tail.
Feathers cut from 2 liter or 2.5 liter bottles. The bottle is divided into 5 parts. I dyed these individually, probably a heavy purple color
26.
Fixed piece by piece on the wire frame.
27.
Continue adding feathers to the back.
28.
29.
I screwed on the feathers on the neck.
30.
Use a plastic bag to fasten the colored head and tail, and then paint the body.
31.
Then added some bright orange bars.
32.
33.
Finally, the brightly colored big cock is ready!!
34.
35.
Da~~~~~Da~~~ The big plastic bottle cock is ready! Isn’t it very powerful.
