American man spent 16 years crafting the worlds largest railway model

Bruce Williams Zaccanino (Northlandz Model Railroad), an old man from New Jersey, USA, spent 16 years hand-crafting the largest railway model in the world so far, with more than 400 bridges and 9 miles of track. 100 trains, 50,000 streets and a 40-foot bridge spanning the canyon.

Most of the scenes in this model are modeled after places with train tracks, such as Swiss villages or other big cities. There is also a section that recreates the history of American railroads and famous attractions connecting the east and west coasts. It is reported that Guinness World Records has identified this railway model as the largest railway model in the world, and it will compete with Germanys "Miniatur Wunderland" (Miniatur Wunderland).
