Ten years later, we will no longer be able to eat Luonan handmade noodles! According to legend, Wu Zetian of the Tang Dynasty loved Luonan handmade noodles, so they became a tribute. They have a smooth taste that is "white, thin, tough, sinewy, refreshing and fragrant". The tendons are famous throughout the Three Qin Dynasties. At present, due to the complexity of the craft, the time-consuming and labor-intensive manual production, and the small number of folk artists, it is on the verge of extinction. This handicraft has now been listed as a provincial intangible cultural heritage project.
