Card paper, ordinary paper, pencil, gel pen (preferably the kind that is almost out of oil), scissors, decorative things, glue, a round thing.
Handmade DIY steps:
Step 1:
Draw a circle on the paper and cut it out.
Step 2:
Fold in half, then in half again.
Step 3:
Find four points.
Step 4:
Take out the cardboard and draw a circle.
Step 5:
Let the previously cut circle coincide with the circle on the cardboard.
Step 6:
Find four points on the cardboard.
Step 7:
Draw an arc between two points.
Step 8:
Draw a circle as shown.
Step 9:
Draw another circle using the last arc.
