Come and learn how to make environmentally friendly and beautiful paper flowers.
1 Materials and Tools
○ Two paper tubes (two paper tubes make a flower);
○ Hot melt glue gun;
○ Scissors;
○ Button;
○ A piece of paper (I tore a page from an old magazine).
If you want to attach stems to flowers, you will need the following materials:
Wire 28;
● Wire cutters (wire cutters);
○ Paper bag (a paper lunch bag will also work).
If you want to color it, you need:
○ Pigments;
● Brush.
2 Steps to make petals:
Cut the first roll along the center line.
Cut the rolling paper tube into four strips of equal width.
Cut off 1/2 inch from each of the four strips.
Cut the second roll along the center line, then cut it in half.
Cut all the rolling paper pieces into the shape in the last picture.
Dab a small amount of hot glue in the middle of a large piece of paper.
Fold another large piece of paper horizontally, press down and stick it firmly.
Turn the remaining two small pieces of paper 90 degrees according to the direction in the previous step and install them. Continue to glue the small pieces of paper. Glue the button to the center of the flower.
Steps for making 3 stamens:
Measure and make a mark 3 inches apart on a piece of paper.
Cut out the shape as shown in the picture. If you want them to have some curl, wrap them around a pencil to shape them.
4 Steps for making flower stems:
Find a piece of wire twice as long as the flower stem and peel it.
Fold the wire in half and twist it a few times. Bend the forked end to a 90-degree angle.
Cut a strip of paper from your paper bagbring.
Add a little hot glue to the end and wrap the paper tape around the wire. Start at the bottom and wrap it up to the bend just now.
5 Glue the petals and leaves
Turn your flower over and glue on a leaf. Turn the branched end of the stem downwards and bend it in the same direction as the cardboard.
Apply some hot melt glue to the curved section of the stem, turn the other leaf 90 degrees and glue it on top.
You'll want to hold it for a while until the hot glue cools and hardens so that the stem doesn't tip over.
