Concerning clocks and paper art, many people may think that there is no possibility that the two are connected, but the art work I saw today may change some of your views.
It is actually a very simple design. The designer pasted a piece of striped paper between the two rotating hands, so that when the clock moves, the stripes will continuously change its style.
Because the pointers are on different planes, this change also presents a 3D feeling, making the boring pointers suddenly full of life.
Such a simple and ingenious design really brings the watch to life instantly. Maybe you can try it, but you need a good enough movement.
