Zhang Duotang, male, Han nationality, born in May 1955, college education, from Guangling County, Datong City, Shanxi Province. He started working in 1976, with the professional title of journalist. He has served as the leader of the Communications Group of the Guangling County Party Committee, the deputy director of the County Radio and Television Bureau, and the deputy director of the County Tourism Bureau. He is currently the director of Nanhu Forest Park in Shanxi Province. Vice president of Datong Arts and Crafts Association, vice president of Shanxi Urban and Rural Arts Exchange Association, director of Shanxi Folk Artists Association, member of China Folk Artists Association, and first-class folk arts and crafts artist in Shanxi Province.
