Use cardboard to roll out a cone , double-sided adhesive tape. Then paint it black with ink (if you have black cardboard, you can even omit the coloring).
Find another piece of white cardboard and use a black pen to draw a bat.
Cut it out.
Paste the movable eyes and draw the mouth.
Adhere the small bats to the cone. If you feel that one bat is not enough, you can make several more.
Adhere the ribbon to the inside of the cone.
