In order to help more patients with hemophilia, Peng Maolin also established the Chongqing Hemophilia Rehabilitation Association Paper Cutting Studio a few years ago, and won the most creative NGO project in the country in 2008. Recently, Peng Maolin brought more than 140 paper art works from the Chongqing Hemophilia Rehabilitation Associations Cut Love Paper Art Studio to be exhibited at the Sha District Cultural Center. All the works on display were produced by hemophilia patients and their families in Chongqing. During the exhibition, thousands of people came to visit on their own initiative.

In the exhibition, the 3.3-meter long paper-cut scroll "Chongqing Directly Governed" and the portrait paper-cut "Chongqing Will Be Better Tomorrow" made using three-dimensional expression techniques attracted the most attention. In addition, the multi-layered three-dimensional effect "Umbrella Rhythm" and the "Five Chongqing" paintings completed using pointillism techniques have won praise from the audience for their innovative techniques and expressive content that keeps pace with the times.


Peng Maolin said that before the World Expo, the paper-cut works will also be exhibited in places such as Nanping, Chaotianmen, and Guanyin Bridge. Interested citizens can visit the sites for free.
