Everyone needs to prepare balloons, disposable cups, straws, sticky notes, transparent glue, rope and scissors in advance.
Blow up the balloon, and then use tape to fix the three straws to the balloon at the same distance.
The other side of the straw is fixed on the plastic cup.
Use a rope to wrap around the plastic cup, briefly tie it up, and then cut out smaller triangular pieces of paper on the note paper.
