Carnations made from various colored paper vines are one of the more realistic types of paper flowers.
Main material: Various colored paper rattan, thick and thin iron wire, double-sided tape, white latex, roll paper, green plant tape, Tools required: Scissors, ruler, vise, small pen, Production steps:
Step 1: 3 circles with different diameters: Small circle diameter: about 6cm The diameter of the center circle is about: 6.4cm Large circle diameter approximately: 6.8cm Tips: The diameter of the circle can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the flower you want to make. The diameter difference between two adjacent circles is about 4mm-5mm.
Step 2: 1. Each flower has about 6-8 petals. Use paper vine to cut out 2-3 small, medium and large circles according to the template. 2. Fold each circle in half twice and then divide it into three equal parts (a total of twelve equal parts)
Step 3: Use scissors to cut out fine teeth on the edge of the circle, and then cut off the bottom corners.
Step 4: Open it into the shape as shown in the figure and cut 2/3 of each crease.
Step 5: Twist each branch
Step 6: Unfold the petals
Step 7: Arrange the petals as shown in the picture (twist in the opposite direction), and use the same method to make the remaining petals.
Step 8: Take a thick wire twice the length of the flower stem and fold it in half, clamp a little rolling paper on the folded part of the wire, and fix it with white latex.
Step 9: Apply an appropriate amount of white latex to the center of the petals 1. The first petal of the petal should be fully coated with white latex in the center, and the subsequent petals can be gradually coated with less white latex. 2. All petals can be cut at the same time (cut one piece and glue it to the top of the flower stem before cutting the second piece) to avoid white petals. The glue is not dry causing the flowers to fall off the stem.
Step 10: 1. Insert the glued small petals from the bottom of the flower stem, and then pinch the petals tightly on the wire. 2. When pinching the first petal to the top of the flower stem, be careful to block the rolling paper.
Step 11: The second small petal
Step 12: The third middle petal
Step 13: The fourth middle petal
Step 14: The fifth large petal
Step 15: The 6th large petal
