Paper: The most fundamental material in paper mold making should be paper. To make different paper molds, you need to choose different papers, both in size and weight. Usually paper molds use cardboard between 120-200 grams. The higher the gram, the thicker the paper. Although it looks stronger, it is more difficult to operate.


Printer: Paper models often exist in the form of electronic versions, which requires us to use a printer to print out the paper models. If you have high requirements for the color of the paper model, then you must choose a better printer. If you don't have many requirements for the color of the paper model, an ordinary black and white printer will be more than enough. But some people like to draw by hand. . .


Scissors: After the paper model is printed on the paper, you need to cut out the parts one by one according to the lines on its edges, so it is best to have two pairs of scissors, one large scissors and one small scissors. Use the large scissors to cut large pieces. parts, and small scissors are very important for cutting out some details.


Glue: It is still recommended to use white latex. The sticking effect of ordinary glue is not guaranteed, and it will be easier to get dirty.


Ruler: An ordinary ruler will suffice. It is best to use a steel ruler, which not only ensures the lines, but can also be used to draw marks on the paper mold.


Pen Knife: The most important thing when using a pen knife is to pay attention to safety. It is very convenient to use. If the blade becomes stuck, just replace the blade.


Tweezers: If you are making a large paper model, you will definitely find that some small details cannot be completed normally without the assistance of tweezers. At the same time, it also plays a role in fixing the part that has just been bonded.


Mark pen: Also known as a marker pen, this is not particularly important, but sometimes you have to take the initiative to make some marks, and the marker pen is the best tool.


Backing board: It is recommended to use a self-healing backing board so that no marks will be left on the backing board after cutting and other operations.trace to facilitate continued operation.


Grinding tools: Sometimes you need to polish your weapons. You can use a file or sandpaper.
