Step 1. Cut the orange and yellow colored paper into long strips with a size and width of about 1cm, and cut out two perfect circles with a radius of about 1.5cm.

Step 2. Align and stack these cut paper strips together, and poke a small hole with a hand sewing needle in the middle of both ends.
