Origami dragonfly tutorial
As in the photo, fold the origami paper twice along the diagonal to form a triangle.
Open one end of the triangle, press and fold it.
Turn it over and fold the other side in the same way to form a quadrilateral as shown.
Fold both ends inward along the center line, then fold and unfold.
Unfold the inside and fold along the fold lines from step 3 as shown in the photo.
Turn it inside out and fold it in the same way as in step 3.
Fold the left and right sides further along the center line. Do the same thing on the other side.
Fold the origami paper in half along the center vertical line. Fold it in half the same way on the other side.
Fold the pointed bottom part from the center. Fold the other side similarly.
Fold it in half again using the vertical line in the middle. Fold the opposite sides in half.
Pull the folded part out sideways and bend the top corner of one end to make a dragonfly head.
Spread the pieces out and shape the wings as shown in the photo.
Use scissors to make a notch in the middle of the wing and cut the corners off a bit.
