Kindergarten children are very familiar with five-pointed stars. They often draw five-pointed stars and fold them with paper. However, the previous methods seem to be more complicated, especially OrigamiAfter the cutting step, children often don’t know where to cut. Today I will demonstrate a super simple origami method for a five-pointed star. Children can try it by following the steps.
Steps to cut a five-pointed star from origami
1. Turn the paper face down and fold the paper in half along the horizontal center line.
2. Fold the lower right corner upward, aligning the right narrow edge with the upper edge, and then open it, leaving a fold line.
3 , then fold the upper right corner down, aligning the right narrow edge with the lower edge, and then open it to form a fold line.
4. Fold the lower left corner upward to the intersection of the polylines in step 2 and step 3.
5. Fold the lower left corner in reverse until it aligns with the edge.
6, lower right corner Fold upward until it aligns with the edge formed in the lower left corner.
7, this is what it looks like after folding. Fold the left and right parts in half along the middle alignment line.
8. After folding it in half, use scissors to cut off the uneven parts at an angle.
