As Thanksgiving is approaching, what food do you want to eat most during Thanksgiving? That’s the turkey I really want to eat. Every year during Thanksgiving, turkey is a must-eat at home. It’s the main dish on the table. What I want to share with you today is how to use it. Make turkey origami from dollar bills. Do you guys like to eat turkey? If there is anyone who likes it as much as me, you can join me in origami. The following are the specific steps of how to make turkey. Come and learn with me
Step 1: Start with one dollar. Place it vertically facing the black edge. Fold the top corner down to where the top edge meets the center.
Step 2: Repeat: Fold the left and right sides of the model so the top edge meets the center.
Step 3: Fold (mountain fold) the top of the model. The edges of the seam crease should stop touching each other. The upper part of the crease will be the body of the peacock. The crease below the bar will be the tail.
Step 4 a: Start pleating the tail of the model. First, fold the bottom dollar section in half, then half again by 1/4 of the division. Model folded backwards.
Step 4 b: Fold the dollar to 8 sections using the creases above.
Step 4c: Mountain fold each section in half to 16 knots.
Step 5: Compress and stack the parts like an accordion.
Step 6: Fold the entire model from right to left half.
Step 7: Rotate a quarter turn clockwise.
Step 8: Prepare to make the body of the peacock. Fold the model in a position where you want the body to be.
Expand.
Open two layers of paper and the folding prompt backs up the reverse fold.
This is what it looks like. Let the peacocks head pass through the reverse folded model.
