Origami Petunia Illustrated Tutorial

Origami Petunia Illustrated Tutorial Origami Petunia Illustrated Tutorial

This is a very simple tutorial for handmade origami morning flowers. Because it does not require complicated folding like other complete illustrated tutorials on handmade origami, it is more about just pinching out the flowers, so it is very suitable for friends who do not want to spend too much time on making handmade paper flowers. The flower language of morning glory is reputation. I believe that such a unique connotation is very appreciated by many people who like flowers. I still remember that Citydeer, a member of the Paper Art Network, once shared with us a kind of morning glory he made by himself (for details, please see: citydeer’s origami morning glory). Today’s handmade origami morning glory can be achieved as long as you complete it carefully. Great effect!

Origami Petunia Illustrated Tutorial

1. Here we use colored paper with red patterns as the basic handmade origami morning flower making material. You can download the pattern on the last page of this tutorial. The pattern has both positive and negative sides. What you see now is the back. Turn the paper over to the front.

2. Then fold the four corners toward the middle of the paper according to the creases in the picture. The operation here is obviously different from other paper origami productions before.

3. Flip the paper model.

4. Then according to the creases in the origami diagram, fold the yellow peak marks on the right to the left using the yellow valley marks on the left as creases to form a folded structure. (This is very similar to the way the petals are processed in the handmade origami sunflower illustrated paper origami tutorial, you can refer to it.)

5. Fold the other five positions of the origami flower in the same way. The basic crease positions have been marked in the origami diagram for reference.
