Although it’s not Christmas yet, I can’t help but share some good paper quilling tutorials with you. If there is anything else in Christmas besides Christmas cards, it should be the little decorations that embellish it. I believe that many people will like this paper Christmas tree very much. Although it is not made for the occasion, it is now made and "prepared". Just take it out and decorate it at Christmas time~!
This paper-quilling Christmas tree is very simple to make, but first you must have some paper-quilling basics. If not, you can refer to the tutorial: Paper-quilling Basics Tutorial.
1. First use a paper tape and two different types of pine rolls (square rolls and teardrop rolls) to make a row of candle lanterns, which will be hung on the Christmas tree for decoration.
2. Then find a wooden knitting needle or other items and insert it on a plastic foam, and then use strong glue to fix a paper plate on the knitting needle, and the fixed position should be lower.
3. Then you can paste it on top to make teardrop rolls (5 per layer, the size decreases as the height increases). Note that the pasting position is the inner side of the teardrop roll. After each layer is pasted, You can make a paper plate from the previous step to serve as the base for the next round of teardrop roll pasting.
4. After the Christmas tree itself is completed, roll another tight roll (8 pieces) to make a base, and use the square rolls made from loose rolls to create a small mat.
5. Finally, wrap the candle made in the first step around it, and a very beautiful quilled paper Christmas tree is so easy to make!
