Step 1:
Use cardboard and cut it to the size shown in the picture, or you can cut it according to your own ideas.
Step 2:
Purple quilling paper is divided into two halves.
Step 3:
Use a tool to roll it into the size shown in the picture.

Use white glue to stick around the cardboard.
