Making this adorable paper bear is fun and a little time consuming, but well worth it! You can place these cute bears on display cabinets, or this bear can be a perfect addition to your friends. Handmade gifts...
Materials and tools: Glue, quilling pen, 2 small black beads, scissors, 21 lavender 10mm quilling paper strips, 2 or 3 pink 3mm quilling paper strips, white and colored 3mm quilling paper Strips - 3 pieces.
1. As shown in the picture, fold the lavender paper strip into 4 equal parts.
2. Then, cut out thin strips with a depth equal to half the width of the paper strips.
3. Unfold the paper strips. Repeat this with the other 17 lilac quilling strips.
4. With the help of glue, connect the 5 cut purple paper strips to each other.
5. Let the glue dry completely.
6. Then roll it up so that the cut end flares out to look like a flower.
Then, take 2 cut paper strips and connect them together with the help of glue, roll them into a roll, and unfold the cut ends outward.
Make another such tight roll by joining 2 quilling strips and squeeze it in such a way that it becomes an oval.
Now, take 3 plain (uncut) lilac quilling strips and cut them in half from the middle with the help of scissors. (Cutting these 3 strips, we get a total of 6 strips.)
Now, cut it too. Connect the 3 strips to each other with the help of glue and make a tight roll. Roll this tightly into an oval shape as we did before.
Now, use the remaining quilling strips to make the same shape again in the same size.
Now we have:
Large rolls (for belly) – 2 pieces.
Smaller rolls (headers)—2 pieces
Oval rolls of 10 mm paper tape (for legs) – 2 pcs.
Oval-shaped rolls (arms) made of 3 quilled paper strips - 2 pieces.
7. To make the ears, take 1.5 white 3mm quilling paper strips and 1 pink 3mm quilling paper strip.
Use glue to join them together to form long strips. Roll up, white on the inside and pink on the outside.
Press a little on one side to flatten the coil slightly. Make another same tight coil and smooth it out from one side.
8. Now, take the two larger tight rolls and glue them together to form the body.
Do the same with smaller tight rolls to form the head.
9. Now, glue the smaller quilling roll onto the larger quilling roll and let it dry.
10. As shown in the picture, glue the legs and hands as well.
11. Also add ears...
As shown in the picture, carefully attach two black beads to the smaller quilling paper roll on the front (face). These are the beautiful eyes of a cute little bear!!
12. Use a very small 1/4mm 3mm pink paper strip to roll into a round roll, and then stick it in the middle of the face. Yes, this is the nose!
You can also add a bow!
