Step 1: Take the paper bag and fold the top twice. Do this slowly and carefully so as not to tear the bag.

Step 3: Find a jar/vase that fits your paper bag perfectly and insert the flowers into the jar. You can adjust the paper bag as needed.
Step 4: Place jars filled with flowers into pre-folded paper bags.
Step 5: Add a sweet message using the tags and your paper bag bouquet is complete! Use different colored bags to suit any occasion!
