Sometimes taste does not have to be achieved by spending a lot of money. You don’t need a big budget. With some small ideas, DIY can create the most personalized taste. Here is a great idea for my friends. It only takes very simple steps to transform the original ordinary bare light bulb into a fashionable lighting fixture.
First you need to prepare the following props:
No. 18 galvanized steel wire/tape measure/wire cutters/round nose pliers/white wire lamp holder/spray paint/newspaper/light bulb
STEP 1: Cut the steel wire to four lengths: 6?", 18", 21" and 25".
STEP 2: Loop the 6?” length of wire over the light base.
STEP 3: Use round nose pliers to cut out a small hole in the head and tail of the three lengths of steel wire: 18", 21" and 25".
STEP 4: 6?", 18", 21" and 25" are made into a group of four different lengths and laid out on newspaper. You can use obvious color tape to distinguish the different groups for identification later by spray painting.
STEP 5: Spray the steel wire with color. After one side is dry, turn it over and paint. Repeat the spray painting and coloring action 2-3 times, and make sure the steel wire is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.
STEP 6: Confirm that there are four sections of steel wire for each color.
STEP 7: Thread the 18", 21" and 25" steel wires through the small holes in sequence6?" wire.
STEP 8: Finally, tie the 6?" steel wire hanging with three turns of steel wire to the lamp holder and tighten it as much as possible.
It’s so easy to transform bare light bulbs into stylish and colorful lighting. Hanging a single one or combining multiple ones looks great!
