1. Natural air drying
ProductionThe most commonly used method when drying flowers is the natural air-drying method. First, remove the leaves below the flower branches and tie them together with a rope. Just tie it to the bottom of the branch. When tying, keep the flower heads staggered. After handling, just place them in a cool, well-ventilated place and wait until the flowers bloom completely. Note, be sure not to bask in the sun during the natural drying period, just dry naturally in the shade.
2. Microwave heating
When making dried flowers, you can also use the microwave heating method. Find a small basin that can be heated in a microwave. Place the flowers in the basin and heat them in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. Then take out the flowers and hang them up with a rope. Just store it in a ventilated and dry place. Note that when placing dried flowers later, you must ensure that the environment is ventilated and dry, and the flowers must not get damp.
3. Desiccant treatment
When making dried flowers, you can also use desiccant. First prepare a sealable pot, put a layer of desiccant on the bottom of the jar, place the flowers on the desiccant with the flower head facing up and the receptacle facing down, and finally put it on the desiccant. Pour desiccant into the bottle, wait for the first layer of flowers to dry, and then place the second layer of flowers in the bottle until all the flowers are buried by the desiccant. Seal the jar. It will be completed in about a week. Just take out the dried flowers.
