The first small craft shared in todays environmentally friendly handmade column is to make a vase with straws. The production method is quite simple, but it requires patience. It is very tedious to cross-stack so many straws. . If you think you are more careful, then follow the diagram below to try to turn waste into treasure and make this personalized vase.
Tools and Materials:
Straws, crepe paper, needle and thread, scissors.
Production steps:
Cut off the pointed ends of the straws, making sure each straw is the same length.
Cut the crepe paper into long strips, slightly longer than the transparent straw.
Put the purple strip of wrapping paper through the transparent straw. Doesn’t it look much prettier?
Then use scissors to cut off the excess paper strips, so that the wrapping paper does not expose the transparent straw.
If you have colored straws, you don’t have to go through as much trouble as above.
Mark the same place on both ends of the straw (about 1 cm) with a water pen, and use a needle and thread to thread the tube along the marked place in a crosswise manner.
A beautiful vase is born, put the flowers in it and see the effect.
