Dutch ethereal hand-painted silk scarfComposed elements

This series of silk scarves called "Composed elements" was created by Inge de Vor, a textile designer based in the Netherlands. The patterns above were originally hand-drawn by the designers intuition with paint or color pens, with different styles, arrangements and tones, and carefully printed on carefully selected fabrics. The designers work is influenced by plants and animals, especially in the expression of texture and layering, the arrangement of colors, organic shapes and the attention to detail in his work.

"Composed elements" have soft tones and lines, and the combination of ordinary patterns creates an ethereal atmosphere. Together with the models and photographers, it adds a tranquil Zen feel.
