The simplest way to make fabric bows/bow hairpins can not only be used to DIY hairpins, but can also be used as small decorations for bags, clothing, gift packaging, etc., and can even be used as a bow tie! There are two styles: princess pink and British style. The method is actually the same. Choose the fabric according to your preference. Please refer to the detailed illustrated tutorial below for specific DIY steps for bows/bow hairpins.
Princess pink bow
British style bow
How to make a pink bow:
1. Burn the cut ribbon ends with a lighter to avoid stripping.
2 Attach double-sided tape to the end of the ribbon
3. Form a circle
4 Flatten the pink circle and place it on the bottom. Flatten the yarn circle and place it on top. Fold it into a butterfly shape and tie it with a rope. I used bread string here
