Pencil Clutch
First things first:
30 pencils
Sewing thread
1/4 yard wool felt (wool non-woven fabric)
Sewing needle
Scissors
Pin
Snap buttons
STEP 1
Start by cutting an 18" x 7.5" piece of fabric and sew the 30 pencils one on top of the other.
STEP 2
After sewing the pencil, the hard part is over.
Next cut out two 9.5" x 3" rectangles for the sides of the clutch.
STEP 3
Trim the pencil fabric around the eraser and pen tip, fold it in half and sew snaps at the appropriate positions, and then sew the side fabric to the left and right bottoms of the bag.
STEP 4
After the bottom is sewn, sew the fabric on both sides from the top of the clutch bag downwards.
FINISH
It seems a bit unreliable to fix the pencil with only sewing. You might as well use some glue to help fix the pencil on the fabric.
Ruler Clutch
You need to prepare:
3 Trichoderma
Saw
5/64" drill bit
1/8" ribbon
1/4 yard felt
STEP 1
Saw all three rulers into four 9-inch lengths, yielding 12 in total, and drill 2 small holes at each end of the ruler, giving a total of 4 holes in one length of ruler.
STEP 2
Use a needle to thread the ribbon (color and material of your choice) up and down through the small holes on the ruler.
STEP 3
Sew the ends and ends of the fabric together and fold them in half 6″ to look like an envelope.
STEP 4
Attach the rulers to the fabric. The 4th ruler is the lid of the mailbox and the 5th ruler is the back part of the bag.
FINISH
If you don’t like the green and thick sawdust on the edge of the sawn wooden ruler, you can use sandpaper to smooth it slightly to prevent scratching your hands.
