Materials and tools: wool, plush balls, non-woven fabric, white glue, scissors, etc.
First use color-changing yarn to make two large yarn balls, one for the head and one for the body. Then use gray yarn to make a small yarn ball, which is the mouth part. See [here] how to make yarn balls.
For the body part of the yarn ball, first tie up part of the yarn as shown in the picture, and do not cut off the excess yarn.
Trim out the lower oval shape.
In addition, make yarn balls for the head and mouth.
Take out the head and apply white glue.
Adhere the yarn ball for the mouth and fix it.
Take out 3 black plush balls and paste them respectively to make the dog’s eyes and nose.
Tie the head and body balls of yarn together.
Take out the gray felt cloth and cut out two big ears.
Adhere the ears, and then use yellow felt cloth to make a cape, as shown in the picture and fasten it to the dog’s neck.
