When the weather is cold, lying on the sofa and watching TV without wearing socks always makes the soles of your feet feel a bit cold. Share an illustrated tutorial on knitting warm winter socks with wool. It is divided into three parts: the front toe, the back heel and the main body of the sock. If you like it, follow along~
1. Knit the front toes first.
Row 1: Start the braid stitch with 48 stitches.
Row 2: Vertical three braid stitches, crochet 47 long stitches.
2. Line 3:
Three braid stitches vertically, stitch two together into one in the 23rd and 3rd holes, and then continue to hook long stitches until two stitches together into one in the 23rd and 24th braid holes;
With a long needle, use two stitches and one stitch in the 26th and 27th holes, and continue to hook the long needle until the two stitches and one stitch in the 47th and 48th holes;
After hooking, row three has 4 fewer stitches than row two, for a total of 44 stitches.
3. Line 4:
Three braid stitches vertically, stitch two and one together in the 2nd and 3rd holes, and then continue to hook long stitches until the two and one stitches in the 21st and 22nd braid holes;
With a long needle, stitch two stitches together in the 24th and 25th holes, and continue to hook the long stitches until the two stitches and one stitch in the 43rd and 44th holes;
After hooking, row three has 4 fewer stitches than row two, for a total of 40 stitches.
4. Line 5:
Three braid stitches vertically, stitching three stitches together in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th holes, and then continuously hook long stitches until the three stitches in the 18th, 19th, and 20th braid holes are stitched together;
With a long needle, stitch three stitches into one at holes 22, 23, and 24, and continue hooking long stitches until holes three through 38, 39, and 40 are stitched together;
After hooking, row three has 8 fewer stitches than row two, for a total of 32 stitches.
5. Line 6:
Three braid stitches vertically, stitching three stitches together in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th holes, and then continuously hook long stitches until the three stitches in the 14th, 15th, and 16th braid holes are stitched together;
With a long needle, stitch three stitches together in the 18th, 19th, and 20th holes, and continue hooking the long needle until the three stitches in the 30th, 31st, and 32nd holes are stitched together;
After hooking, row three has 8 fewer stitches than row two, totaling 24 stitches
After folding in half, it will be the shape of the toes.
6. The hooking method of the heel is very similar to that of the toe.
Row 1: Start with 24 braid stitches.
Row 2: Three vertical braid needles, 23 long needles
Row 3: vertical three-braid needle, two stitches and one stitch at holes 2 and 3, long needle to two stitches and one stitch at holes 23 and 24
Row 4: Similar to row 3, minus two stitches at the beginning and end
Row 5: Four subtractive stitches from head to tail
Row 6: Four subtractive stitches from head to tail
Row 7: Add four more stitches at the head and tail
Row 8: Add four more stitches at the head and tail
Row 9: Two additional stitches at the head and tail
Row 10: Two additional stitches at the head and tail
Row 11: Three vertical braid needles, 23 long needles without adding or subtracting
7. Next, start knitting the sock tube: start with the 48-needle braid stitch at the toe area.
Row 1: In the first hole, put 1 short stitch and 3 braid stitches, empty three holes and then leave 1 short stitch and 3 braids. Leave one hole open, stitch 1 short stitch and 3 braids, leave three holes empty and then make a short stitch. This is a pattern. . Hook complete row.
8. Line 2:
1 short stitch and 1 braid, hook 5 long stitches in the 3 braid holes in the previous row, space two braid stitches between each long stitch, and follow the 5th long stitch with a braid and 1 short stitch (the second row is short The needles are all hooked at a short stitch).
9. Line 3:
Start with three braided needles vertically, then connect one braided needle, one long needle, one braided needle, one short needle, three braided needles, one short needle (in the top two holes of the previous fan-shaped flower), and one braided needle. Make one long stitch, one braid, one long stitch, one braid and one long stitch (at the short stitch of the previous row), and then loop through.
10. Repeat the hook method of two rows and three rows. And when the position is suitable and the previous row is triple hooked, hook 29 stitches of braid stitch to connect the heel. In this way, after connecting the three parts, the sock is completed.
