Butterfly ornaments: Butterflies are a symbol of good luck and beauty. "Butterfly" and "福" are homophonic, which means blessings are in front of you and good luck is coming one after another. "Butterfly" also has the same pronunciation as "耋", so butterfly is also used as a metaphor for longevity.
How to make
1. Use 1 green thread to make a tuanjin knot, and tie a double link below.
2. Use 2 green threads as shafts, and use 4 other threads as burnt threads to knit 2 layers of diagonal knots.
3. Pull the bottom winding up to make a shaft knitted oblique knot. After knitting, still pull the bottom winding up to make a shaft. The remaining 3 threads are used for winding and oblique knots.
4. After knitting to the 5th layer, tie the white axis into a snake knot and reverse it to make the axis., then braid 5 layers of diagonal curl knots, and then the white axis line goes around the green line under the Tuanjin knot and continues to make the axis.
5. The following are the small butterfly wings, which are the same as the above, except that the layers are changed from 5 to 3. After the right side is completed, use the same method to braid the left side.
6. Turn the butterfly to the back and tie 3 sets of symmetrical lines at the tail to form a diagonal curling knot.
7. After braiding, turn it over and use the white line as the axis.
8. Knit 6 double flat knots with green thread.
9. After braiding, stuff the remaining threads into the gap under the double joint, cut them short and stick them. The tail threads, except for the two middle threads, are also cut and stuck.
10. Put on the tassels and the butterfly is completed.
11. Complete the effect.
