To celebrate the Chinese New Year, it would be perfect to have a Chinese-style lantern! With a simple handmade disposable paper cup, you can make a small lantern full of New Year flavor in just a few minutes~
First use tape to paste the red pattern on the paper cup, then cut off the raised part of the bottle mouth, and cut from the bottle mouth to the bottom.
Cut out a cup bottom from another paper cup, poke holes and string a red string with the word "囍" on it.
Assemble the paper cup and cup base like the picture above, and wrap the top and bottom of the lantern with red ribbon.
The super cute Chinese style lantern has been made and I can’t wait to hang it up~
