Handmade fabric Christmas tree:
Materials needed to DIY this small fabric toy: some sticker fabric, some foam paper, some cotton balls, some cotton, colored thread, scissors, fan-shaped and round models of different sizes, and hot melt glue.
1. Use a fan-shaped/circular model to outline on foam paper;
2. Cut out large fan-shaped, semi-circular, small fan-shaped and round foam paper pieces, which are the bottom, bottom layer, middle layer and upper layer of the Christmas tree respectively;
3. Cut out a piece of sticker cloth of appropriate size and tear it apart. Be careful not to let the stickers stick together when sticking;
4. Glue the foam paper to it;
5. Lay it flat and squeeze it to fully adhere;
6. Use scissors to cut off the excess part after it is firmly attached.
11. Other parts are also processed according to the above steps, a total of 4 parts;
12. Roll the large fan shape, small fan shape and semicircle into a cone and sew them with red thread. Note that there is no need to sew up the cone tip;
13. Sew three cones and stuff the largest cone with cotton;
14. ThenSew the rounded pieces and the largest cone together. Remember to have the patterned side of the circle facing outward!
15. Choose a kind of ribbon, here the one with plaid pattern is used;
16. Cut a small section, about 3-4cm; www.diyju com
17. Fold the ribbon in half;
18. Use hot melt glue to adhere to the inner side of the second layer of cone. Then use hot melt glue to glue the three layers of cones, sorting them from top to bottom, from small to large.
Finally, use hot melt glue to combine the small cotton balls with the top of the tree at the top. Well, the handmade fabric Christmas tree is complete! If you also like this small fabric toy, then follow our tutorial and start DIY!
